We want you to love every piece you receive from Witchy & Wild. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of odors, stains, or damage
• In original packaging where applicable

Final sale items, intimates, and jewelry are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
