Orders

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?
First, check with neighbors or your building's mail area. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
